Erin Delisle- Town Administrator

Erin is the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for the Town of Choiceland. She functions as the non-elected operational head of the municipality, managing the execution of council decisions and day-to-day community operations with rate payers and council.  Delisle oversees all formal municipal paperwork, financial accounting, records management, and public inquiries routed through the Choiceland Town Office.

As the municipal CAO/Administrator in Choiceland, Erin’s day-to-day accomplishments are focused on the local governance, infrastructure maintenance, and fiscal health of the community.

Because municipal administrators operate behind the scenes ensuring council choices are carried out, specific public awards or personal lists of accomplishments are rarely published externally. However her extremely hard work has not gone un-noticed by the rate payers of Choiceland. Erin is a breath of fresh air when you walk into the town office and her smile is always warm and welcoming. This position really is a thankless position, but carries a TONNE of work, keeping not only council organized, but the entire town infrastructure.  Her core responsibilities and professional accomplishments for the town include:

• Financial Stewardship: Overseeing the town's annual operating budgets, balancing community expenditures, and managing public tax assessments, ensure funds are allocated to the correct area(s).

• Operational Leadership: Koswan is a rock star at bridging the gap between the town council's policy decisions and the public to ensure smooth local municipal services, and happy rate payers.

• Bylaw Administration: Erin is constantly executing, modernizing, and maintaining official municipal bylaws to protect and organize the community and its citizens.

• Grant Management: Securing provincial and federal infrastructure grants for rural community development, road repairs, and utility upgrades.

We are sure proud in Choiceland to have Erin as the face of our town! Her hard work, dedication and drive again, are not un-noticed.
